  • What is your Return Policy on your Bike, Kayak, Board & Ski, and Golf Storage Products
    Your Satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you Gear Up bike storage rack, hoist, or golf storage product, contact us toll free at (844) 543 2787 (844) 5GEARUP and we will do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support staff to obtain an RA# and then send it to:

    Once the item is received we will credit your account for the full amount of your product and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non - refundable

  • I noticed that you have products listed that are "Cosmetic Irregulars", can you explain what is wrong with them?
    Periodically you will see bike and/or golf storage products available under the "Cosmetic Irregular" section of our site. These products are items that we cannot in good faith sell as first quality. In most cases, there are minor blemishes on the paint or finish of the product, scratches in the metal, or stains on the finish or paint. The integrity of the product is 100% of a first quality item, and will perform and function exactly like it. We do not sell any item under the Cosmetic Irregular listing that does not meet our testing standards for performance prior to packaging. EVERY Cosmetic Irregular is tested prior to re-packaging to ensure that the only thing "irregular" about the item is its appearance. We do not sell any item that our Quality Control inspectors believe is "too" blemished. You do have to trust our judgement and we have no way of "hand-picking" a certain type of Cosmetic Irregular for you.

  • Do you sell my information to any 3rd parties?
    Absolutely not! We will never provide any of your private information to any other company. We value you as our customers and certainly respect your privacy.

  • If I place my order today when will it ship out?
    99% of orders received before 2pm cst will ship the same day. During peak times your order will never ship out any later than 2 business days from you order. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when your order ships that will include a tracking number for your reference. You can visit our site and enter the tracking number to see where your order is.

  • I saw one of your products cheaper at another site, will you price match?
    Unfortunately the answer is no. We will not try to compete with our customers for your bike, kayak, or board storage business. Our site was developed to offer anyone the opportunity to purchase a Gear Up item direct, however we want to encourage you to purchase from our retail customers. We view our sales as more of a service to those consumers who might not have a local store near by that they can purchase our products from.

  • Are you the company that provides the bike racks and hoists to Extreme home makeover?
    Yes, we have partnered with them on several occasions to help out with the storage needs of the families they help out. Our 30032 6 bike deluxe park stand, and our 40030 deluxe hoist system have both been used on the program.

  • Your shipping costs seem high, would you please use another service to ship my package?
    The shipping costs on our site come directly from UPS and are calculated by weight and size of the package(s) that we ship to you. You pay what we pay UPS. On occasion we may ship with another carrier, however we do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or any other address that can only be delivered via us mail.

  • I really like your products but I am uncomfortable in ordering online?
    Our shopping cart and site is security encrypted to prevent hacking and loss of information. Your information is 100% safe and only stored in a secure file. You can shop with us online and have complete confidence in your transaction. Every aspect of the sale is directly through our company, and we do not share your information with any outside firms. If you are uncomfortable, we would be more than happy to speak with you directly via phone.
